What if I already bought incompatible parts?

It happens. If we catch a compatibility issue after your parts arrive, we'll contact you with the specific problem and a recommended fix. We won't start assembly until you've confirmed how you'd like to proceed. We can also help you identify a compatible replacement if needed.

Question 3

Do you supply any parts, or do I need to provide everything?

We work exclusively with your parts — we don't sell components. The only materials we provide are thermal paste (a quality compound, not the stock paste that ships with coolers), cable ties, and any management hardware needed for a clean build. These are included in your assembly fee.

Can I ship parts from multiple retailers?

Absolutely. Most of our customers order from a mix of Newegg, Amazon, Micro Center, and B&H. Just make sure all parts arrive before your scheduled build date. We'll hold your components securely until everything is in.

Do you work with all CPU and GPU brands?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, and AMD Radeon are all welcome. We have experience with every major platform including Intel LGA1700/1851, AMD AM5, and AM4. We also handle HEDT platforms like Threadripper.

How long does assembly take?

Most builds are completed within 3–5 business days from the date all parts arrive. Elite tier builds with custom water cooling or sleeved cables may take up to 6–7 days. Rush builds are available on the Elite tier with a guaranteed 2-day turnaround.

How do I ship my parts to you?

Once you submit a build request and receive your quote, we'll send you our shipping address and a checklist of what to include. We recommend shipping with FedEx or UPS and adding insurance for the full value of your components. Keep your tracking numbers — we'll confirm receipt within 24 hours of delivery.

How do you ship my finished build back?

We package every build with anti-static foam inserts, GPU support bracing, and custom padding to prevent transit damage. We ship via FedEx or UPS with full insurance coverage. Shipping cost is billed at cost — we don't mark it up. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Can I drop off and pick up locally?

Yes. Local drop-off and pick-up is available by appointment. Contact us after submitting your build request to schedule a drop-off time. Pick-up is available once your build is complete and you've received your completion notification.

Question 10

What happens if a part is damaged during shipping to you?

Accepted Answer

We inspect every component on arrival and document its condition with photos. If a part arrives damaged, we'll notify you immediately with photos and pause the build. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier if needed. We are not responsible for damage that occurred before delivery.

What does "stress testing" actually involve?

Accepted Answer

Stress testing means running your CPU and GPU at 100% load for an extended period to confirm the system is thermally stable and doesn't crash or throttle. Essential builds get a 1-hour test. Pro builds get 4 hours. Elite builds get 8 hours. We use tools like Prime95, Cinebench, and FurMark depending on the build type.

Do you apply thermal paste, or should I include it?

We apply thermal paste on every build — you don't need to include it. We use a quality compound (not the stock paste included with most coolers). If you have a specific paste you'd like us to use, you're welcome to include it with your parts.

Will you configure BIOS settings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every build includes basic BIOS configuration: enabling XMP/EXPO for RAM, setting the correct boot device, and verifying all components are detected. Pro and Elite builds include additional tuning like fan curves and performance profiles. Elite builds include full overclocking if requested.

Do you install Windows or Linux?

OS installation is an optional add-on for $30. We support Windows 11 Home, Windows 11 Pro, Ubuntu, and other Linux distributions. Windows licenses are not included — you'll need to provide a product key or purchase one separately. Linux installations are free of licensing costs.

What if something doesn't POST or boot after assembly?

We don't ship a build that hasn't successfully booted. If we encounter a POST failure, we diagnose and resolve it before moving forward — this is part of every assembly. If a component is defective, we'll contact you to arrange a replacement before completing the build.

Question 16

What's included in the flat-rate assembly fee?

Accepted Answer

The flat-rate fee covers all labor: component installation, thermal paste application, cable management, BIOS setup, and testing. It also includes thermal paste, cable ties, and management hardware. It does not cover parts, OS licenses, or return shipping — those are billed separately.

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

No. Your quote will itemize every charge before we begin: assembly tier, any add-ons you selected, and an estimated return shipping cost. We won't add charges without your approval. The only variable is return shipping, which is billed at the carrier's actual rate.

Question 18

What does the assembly warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

Our assembly warranty covers defects in our workmanship — loose connections, improperly seated components, thermal paste application, and cable management failures. It does not cover component failures (those are covered by the manufacturer's warranty), physical damage after delivery, or issues caused by user modifications. Essential and Pro builds include a 30-day warranty. Elite builds include a 90-day warranty.

What if a component fails after I receive my build?

Component failures are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not ours. However, we're happy to help you diagnose whether a failure is component-related or assembly-related. If it's an assembly issue within our warranty period, we'll cover the fix. If it's a component failure, we can guide you through the RMA process.

Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?
