This includes: processing and managing your assembly order, sending order confirmations and status updates, responding to your questions and support requests, and shipping your completed build back to you. We use shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS) to deliver completed builds. These carriers receive only the information necessary to complete delivery — your name and shipping address. We do not share your email address, phone number, or build details with shipping carriers beyond what is required for the shipment label. Our website is hosted on GoDaddy's platform.
